We will then head for the Lefka Ori Mountains of Western Crete, where rosemary, thyme, sage, lavender, and chamomile fill the air in the springtime. Each of the bottles captures the character of this verdant island, and the slopes of the Lefka Ori. Here, you will learn about the local wine-making process while sampling the wines from this award-winning Cretan winery.

We will then travel to meet the Yoda of the island, one of the world’s ten oldest living trees. At the ripe age of +/- 3,000 years old*, this gentle giant is said to be the oldest known olive tree in the world. It still produces olives which, if you are lucky, may find laying on the ground.
